Self-care really matters

Taking care of your wellbeing is crucial for effective learning, as highlighted by Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs. First are our basic physical and safety needs, then a sense of belonging before we can focus on higher-level learning. When anxiety arises, it can hold back our true potential, making it challenging to learn.
